When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery typically takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Where do you ship from?
Most orders are shipped from the country of your delivery address, which helps speed up the process. However, there are some exceptions where we ship from nearby hubs to ensure smooth service:
- European Union: Orders may be shipped from the United Kingdom or anywhere in the EU.
- Singapore: Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.
- South Africa: Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.
- New Zealand: Orders are shipped from Australia.
Whenever possible, we ship with duties and taxes paid (DDP) from our facilities in the United Kingdom. In rare cases where DDP isn’t available with our shipping partners, import duties and taxes may apply. If that happens, you’ll be contacted by the carrier or your local customs office to pay any required fees before your order is delivered.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation email within 20-30 minutes. You will then receive tracking information via email once your order ships.Within your MANSCAPED® account, you can also view the latest order status. Your order will be listed under the Order History section.
Tracking is reporting my order as delivered but it's not here.
We are very sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived. Once the order has been handed off to our shipping courier, we rely on them to deliver your package in a timely manner. This is certainly not typical!
If your order has still not arrived within the next 24-48 hours, please reach out to us so that we can further assist you in retrieving your order.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Once your order is placed, it heads straight into processing so we can get your grooming gear out the door ASAP.Because of this, we’re usually unable to cancel or make changes (like updating your address or swapping items) once the order is placed.That said, if you just placed your order and need help, reach out to usright away. We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.Pro Tip: For the fastest response, submit your request through the Priority Support contact form in your account.If you're requesting a shipping address update, be sure to include both your current shipping address and the new address. Providing both at the start ensures your request is handled by our team promptly and accurately!
