Manscaped Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Manscaped! Below is our shipping policy to outline delivery timelines, costs, and key details for your order:
  1. Order Processing
    • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays) within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
    • No processing or shipping occurs on weekends or major holidays.
  2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
    • Carrier: We partner with reliable carriers (UPS, USPS, etc.) for domestic deliveries.
    • Delivery Timeframe: 3–7 business days from shipment date (does not include processing time).
    • Shipping Costs:
      • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders totaling $50+ (before taxes).
      • Flat rate of $5.99 for U.S. orders under $50.
    • Note: PO Boxes are eligible for USPS delivery; remote areas may require additional transit time.
  3. Canadian Shipping
    • Carrier: Regional logistics partners for Canadian deliveries.
    • Delivery Timeframe: 5–10 business days from shipment date (excludes processing time).
    • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
    • Note: Customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees for Canadian orders are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  4. International Shipping (Outside U.S. & Canada)
    • We offer shipping to select international destinations (availability varies by location).
    • Delivery Timeframe: 10–21 business days from shipment date (customs processing may cause delays).
    • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
    • Note: Import duties, taxes, and fees (imposed by the recipient’s country) must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
  5. Order Tracking
    • A shipment confirmation email (with a tracking number) will be sent to your registered email once your order ships.
    • Track your package status via the carrier’s official website using the provided tracking number.
  6. Shipping Issues
    • For delayed, lost, or damaged shipments, contact our support team at customer@moreshopoc.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance.
    • We are not liable for delays caused by carrier delays, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
